The Waste Water Master Plan consists of analysis of the existing system
and cost estimates. Analysis of system with full development within the
existing system limits and cost estimates. Analysis of future development
outside of existing system limits, and within the city limits for a 40-year
projection of impacts.

Antonio Street & Drainage Improvements
Client: San Miguel County
The county's 2000 CDBG project consisted of assisting the county with
the grant application, and the complete engineering design of an urban
roadway section curb and gutter, asphalt streets, storm drainage system
and construction observation.
Y2K
Subdivision
Client: Santo Domingo Tribal Housing Authority
The Y2K Subdivision consists of lot design and subdivision plat, design
of road and drainage infrastructure, design of sanitary sewer extension
and collection system, and construction management.

The Master Plan consists of 950 acres of mixed uses including single
family residential, multifamily residential, RV park, commercial, golf
course and open spaces trail system. The project is located next to the
future site of the Edgewood Municipal Complex and is considered to be
the Future Downtown of Edgewood, NM.

The Mountainview Park Development is a mixed-use plan on 114 acres recently
annexed to the City of Moriarty. The project consists of water system
pumping, storage, and distribution design and construction, subdivision
design, drainage and infrastructure design, contract administration, and
construction management. Extension from existing sanitary sewer main for
3 miles to the site is scheduled for late summer, 2002.
